Terms and  conditions

When confirmation is received , this is to indicate we have received your order. I t does not indicate that a contract
exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order , and hence a contract between us when we dispatch your order.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing , if we have inadvertently 
under priced goods , or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price we will contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable.


Orders are proccessed and dispatched in strict rotation. We will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days , once dispatched it can usally take 2 - 3 days to arrive , depending on location and busy periods but this is not a guaranteed service.If after 15 days you have not received your order , please contact us and we can inform the postal service provider.  Orders from outside the uk will take longer, again depending on location and shipping method.

If your item is not in stock we will contact you before deciding how to proceed.

Delivery charges are calculated on weight , in some circumstances over size packages may cost extra. you will be contacted and informed of this before we proceed with your order dispatch.

Shortages / damaged items.
Please check your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any shortages or damages. we will not be held responsable for any shortages or damages if notified later than 48 after receipt.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (ssl) link.

We guarentee your satisfaction , customers from the european union are protected under the eu distance selling directive which can be found at - http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/contents/made.

Return an item.
If you are not compleatly happy with your purchase simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase.Returned items must be unused and in original packaging will all original documentation. We will isssue a full refund upon receipt , excluding the original postage charge.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of purchase , unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsability until it reaches us.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsability.

As of 20/03/2020 the PAYPAL FEES OF 3.6% are NON refundable on cancellations. This is a PAYPAL policy and nothing to do with a.w.barrett birdroom supplies.
